23.01.2022 I've been mixing at my cauldren again Seaweed is full of everything good for us, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals- you name it! So I've been collecting it, drying it and turning it into the most magical face serum, body butter and soap you can imagine. I use it every where and it helps with my eczema while at the same time keeping me looking beautiful and in my 30s not 40s ... 21.01.2022 To all my followers, I am so excited I have finished my Energy Healing Training and weeks away from completing my Shamanic Healing Diploma, so will soon be IICT Registered. As apart of this Shaman Training I have been working alot with plants and crystals and to streamline everything I am going to rebrand Spirited Art as "The Village Witch". 09.01.2022 Anyone up for a trip The legend of Kópakonan (the seal woman), is one of the best know folk tales in the Faroe Islands. (In Scotland theyre known as Selkies). Seals were believed to be former human beings who voluntarily sought death in the ocean. Once a year, on the thirteenth night, they were allowed to come on land, strip off their skins and amuse themselves as human beings, dancing and enjoying themselves. This statue of Kópakonan was raised in Mikladalur on the island of Kalsoy in August 2014. The statue is designed to withstand 13 metre waves.

05.01.2022 Back from foraging overseas for less than a week and I missed my potions liar so much I've been catching up Black rose and Oud scented candle with Garnet and Quartz crystals. Garnet being the crystal of deep gratitude and abundance and Oud the oil of Earth and Sky, grounding us to Mother Earth. And Magnolia scented candle with Lapis and Citrine crystals, sprinkled with crushed Rose Hips. Mongolia is my Souls Flower and this candle is just beautiful. Lapis the crystal of royalty and connection to spirit and to your gods while citrine the crystal of manifestation.
