21.01.2022 One of my favs & must haves. Did you know there are 40 species of BoswellIa. Do you know which one your using? It makes a difference, just saying. Frankincense essential oil is one of the most powerful and prized essential oils in the world. Learn how to benefit from its broad range of uses--everything from enhancing spiritual and meditative practice to use in beauty routines with these five tips. Add a few drops to your daily facial moisturizer for a radiant glow and to... reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Massage Frankincense anywhere skin needs a boost to help reduce the appearance of uneven skin and blemishes. Add a few drops of Frankincense and a drop of Cedarwood to your shampoo for healthy, lustrous hair that smells amazing. Apply Frankincense to the back of your neck to experience its calming aroma as you embrace your inner strength. Diffuse during your daily yoga or meditation and savor the peaceful, quiet experience. The empowering aroma is a great addition when you are seeking purpose or engaged in prayer, scripture, or meditation. Frankincense comes from the resin of the Boswellia Carterii tree. Frankincense was traditionally chewed by ancient Middle Eastern travelers during long journeys to clean teeth and distract from hunger when food was scarce. Frankincense has been traded around the Middle East and Africa for more than 5,000 years, during this time it was valued more than gold and only those with great wealth and abundance had access to it. In many parts of the world it is considered a holy anointing oil and has been used for thousands of years in religious ceremonies. Experience Frankincense for yourself: Sit upright in your chair and pull your shoulders away from your neck as you tuck in your core. Open up a bottle of Frankincense and take a few deep, slow breaths. Apply a few drops of oil along the back of your neck and on your temples. Enjoy its grounding, balancing aroma.
20.01.2022 Never ever let someone tell you, you cannot accomplish something in this lifetime. Failure is feedback & we find motivation in that. Keep going till you’ve created the life you actually want.

10.01.2022 DIY Smokeless Smudge Spray. Herbs have played an integral role in many cultures and religions since ancient times. The practice of burning sacred herbs is common in rituals, ceremonies, and meditation practices. Smudging refers to burning specific dried herbs and allowing the smoke to purify the air. Traditionally, smudging is used to cleanse a space energetically. The intention of this practice is to clear away negative energy while inviting positive energy and clarity in. W...ant to try smudging your home using essential oils? You will love this smokeless DIY smudge spray! We’ve chosen Sage, Palo Santo, and Rosemary essential oils for this recipe. Here’s why! Sage Sage is widely recognized as the most commonly used herb for smudging. It has been used traditionally for its clarifying properties. Sage essential oil emits a strong, spicy, clarifying, and uplifting aroma when used aromatically. Palo Santo Palo Santo is considered a sacred wood to many. Native to South America, the name of this oil can be translated to holy wood in Spanish. Palo Santo has a warm, woodsy aroma with subtle mint and citrus notes. Its inspiring fragrance can be used to create a cleansing and refreshing atmosphere. Young Living’s Palo Santo essential oil comes from the Finca Botanica Farm in Ecuador. Rosemary Rosemary’s familiar scent and versatility make it a Young Living favorite. This well-loved botanical is native to Mediterranean regions. Its complex, woodsy aroma can help create an energizing environment and promote a sense of clarity. DIY Smudge Spray: Ingredients: Water cup witch hazel 15 drops of each oil: Sage, Palo Santo, and Rosemary How to: 1. Combine essential oils and witch hazel in a glass spray bottle. We recommend a 4 oz. bottle or larger. 2. Fill the rest of the bottle with water. 3. Shake well. 4. Set an intention for your space and spray! Tag a friend who would love this DIY!
06.01.2022 Happy Mothers Day! Enjoy these great perfume ideas. Create a customized perfume, without the toxins! Many popular perfumes contain various synthetic chemicals, some of which have the potential to act as hormone-disruptors. Hidden behind these scents are substances that are not listed on the label and have not been assessed for safety. Essential oils provide a natural solution to enjoy beautiful aromas. Let’s create your signature scent! First, let’s talk about perfume note...s. Top Notes Top Notes are the first notes that you smell and will spark an impression. These notes tend to dissipate fast, however, you want those initial notes to be light and pleasant. Citrus oils like Lemon, Grapefruit, and Bergamot are great options! Orange, Lemongrass, and even Eucalyptus are other oils that may provide the fresh, opening scent you’re looking for. Heart Notes Heart Notes, also referred to as middle notes, are the most dominant scents that appear as the top notes fade. These potent notes appear subtly and will act as the essence of your perfume. Floral or spicy oils are perfect choices. Choose full-bodied aromas like Lavender, Geranium, or Clove. We also love Rose, German Chamomile, and Rosemary! Base Notes Base Notes complete the fragrance and will linger the longest. They enhance the initial scents you choose while bringing richness and depth. Common base notes are woodsy or musky. Try oils like Patchouli, Vetiver, or Cedarwood for a nice foundation. The warm aroma of Sacred Sandalwood or the earthy scent of Frankincense are two additional favorites that will surely add solidity and sophistication to your perfume. How to: 1. Pick your oils. 2. For a roll-on perfume, add oils to your bottle and top with fractionated coconut oil. For a spray bottle, add oils and combine with 1 part witch hazel or vodka and 2 parts distilled water. The number of drops for each oil is totally up to you! This is a good, rough guide: top notes (10-20%), heart notes (50-70%), base notes (30-40%). For example, if you are adding 20 drops of oil to your DIY, add 2-4 drops of top notes, 10-14 drops of heart notes, and 6-8 drops of base notes. 3. Shake gently. 4. Enjoy your natural, customized perfume! What oils do you want to use for your signature scent?
06.01.2022 Quiet your mind and invite peaceful feelings to each day with meditation. Creating a calming space for moments of reflection can significantly enhance your experience. Whether you have a room, nook, or quiet corner, here are a few essentials to incorporate into your meditation space. 1. Having a diffuser nearby is a great way to create a serene environment. Did you know? Smell is the only sense connected to the limbic lobe, the emotional control center of the brain. By simply... inhaling aromas, you can positively affect your emotions and mood. Try diffusing oils that will invite grounding feelings like Valor, Palo Santo, Highest Potential, and Sacred Sandalwood. You can also put a drop in the palms of your hands, cup your hands around your nose, and breathe in deeply. 2. Oils can also be used topically during your meditation practice. Apply oils to wrists, neck, or temples before you start relaxing. Omg I love Frankincense, sacred frankincense, Sacred Mountain, and Grounding to name a few! 3. Bring tranquility to your space with an element of nature. Plants not only add life and color-certain plants have even been found to clean the air! 4. There’s nothing like a warm cup of tea to soothe your soul. 5. Sound is a powerful tool that can set the mood as you relax. The rich, deep tones of Tibetian singing bowls are loved by many meditation gurus. Don’t have one? No need to worry! Look for a meditation playlist on your favorite music app or message me as I have them in stock. 6. Another popular element that can add a sense of touch are crystals. People often feel rooted to the earth when they hold them or have them nearby. Having Mala Beads or another object in hand can serve a similar purpose by bringing focus. What do you use to enhance your mediation space?
