20.01.2022 He is completed now. All the character and powerful independence of the #australianbrumby is palpable in the images of our most iconic Paleface. The last details on this ink have been completed now. I love that wild mane, his commanding and proud demeanour, a leader fearless and confident. It’s a tragedy that he is now gone, but I will endeavour to keep his memory alive through my work, and follow the lives of his bloodline in the future. I’m delighted that this artwork was commissioned by Deborah in the UK who is a passionate lover of our brumbies. 13.01.2022 The Brumby Calendar I promised is here!! Currently being made by PrintDNA (a family printing business in my region) is my #australianbrumby calendar for 2021. Full of art I created throughout 2020, these are the favourites you all selected. Im doing a very limited numbered and signed print run. 10 are for my overseas fans. Only 7 are left of those atm. 10.01.2022 Paleface the #australianbrumbystallion is coming to life. The legend of the #australianbrumby is worldwide because this piece I’m creating is for Deborah in the UK who is a wonderful supporter. This beautiful boy is one of my larger inks and gives me an opportunity to really expose with all the colours I can see. Greys are great for that. They reflect all the colours of their world and so Paleface reflects the colours of the #snowymountainsbrumbies Ref photo by Carol Hancock.
