This menu is called Pad Priew Wan in Thai (Pad=Stir-fry / Priew=Sour / Wan=Sweet). This Thai version of Sweet and Sour differs a bit from the sticky/sweet Chinese version. The main difference is that its mostly veggies, with your choice of meat add-in. Its also more on the sour side than sweet, which fares really well with the fresh cucumbers found in the final product. Pineapple gives the tropical sense to the dish for you to enjoy.
