12.04.2022 It’s that time of the year!! To move into the Solstice, and this momentous time, ENHC will be starting 21 days of meditation from Monday December 21 at 6:00am a...nd 21:00hrs. It will incorporate the sound of AUM and it’s aspect in the body, mind and auric field. We’ll end the meditation in silence for a few moments, after which we’ll send healing for the planet and all beings for their highest good in deep gratitude and graciousness. We’ll start on day one with the first set of five AUMs, the organs of action Day 1 - vocal Day 2 - hands Day 3 - legs Day 4 - elimination Day 5 - generative And so on At the end of the 21 days we will finish with 21 Aums with the connection to source energy, consciousness, to the All that Is. You’re welcome to join on any night if you’d like to attend. It’ll be for 30 minutes to 45 minutes. This is a free offering. Please let us know if you’re interested and would like to attend.
