10.01.2022 We have had a few requests for Full Moon rituals as we have the last full moon of the year! The Full Moon is the time we release all that stands in the way, so releasing and burning rituals are powerful around this time. A burning ritual can include writing down what you want to let go of in your life and then safely burning it under the Full Moon. The Full Moon is the perfect time for cleansing and charging your crystals, so make sure you put them outside or on a window sea...t so they can soak in the powerful lunar energies. You can lay them out alongside your written intentions and blessings in the moonlight. This Full Moon calls us to soften, and find love in the transformation we have experienced this year. This Full Moon is also incredibly auspicious as it will birth into the world both the intentions that were laid during the Cancer New Moon on the 21st of July and the Cancer Eclipse on the 21st of June (right on the Solstice). Remember, before you begin any ritual, creating a sacred space to conduct it is a must. If you have an altar and ritual space set up already, great but if you don't, that's OK! Just be sure to choose a quiet, private area where you'll feel comfortable, won't be interrupted, and can complete the tasks involved. Cleanse yourself and your space prior to the ritual (you can burn a smudge stick like sage or palo santo, place bowls of cleansing salt in your ritual space, or use any other form of energetic cleansing that resonates with you, even just using your intention!). 05.01.2022 As New Years Eve celebrations draw closer (if you are not in full swing of it already) it's easy to write 2020 off as the year of crap that none of us wanted. But was it really? Take some reflection time to peel back the layers of what 2020 bought us...... For some the isolation bought much needed awareness of the relationship they desire. We were forced to peel back the layers of distraction and actually get honest in what makes us happy. Some peoples relationships thrived! Others didn't make it through. What needed to end ended. Our businesses received a shake up. As someone who already worked my own hours from home I wasn't affected... but all those years of asking companies to provide the same flexibility for me and told it was impossible, suddenly became possible. Some Businesses found ways to pivot and thrive, others could not and were lost. What it did show us was the old ways of doing things are gone, and we really need to be flexible minded enough to bend with what is needed. Some of us finally got around to doing the things around the house we have been putting off. I seriously got around to fixing my broken toilet roll holder that broke 6 years ago but wasn't enough of a priority to do anything about. I learned a lot about myself. How I work. What zaps my energy. What still lights me up when everything is stripped back. How important my health is to me. How less is more in so many areas of my life. So many things. 2020 gave me clarity... of what I don't want which in turn showed me what I did want... and one of the best things to come out of 2020 was combining forces to work with this lady who you all know - Lexy Moore <3. Opposite skills meshing together perfectly. 04.01.2022 Where do you need to use a "bolster" in your Business? This is the first year that I have committed to a regular yoga practice... and now that I have done it for 6 months and are experiencing the mind, body and soul alignment improvements, I wonder how I ever went without it. No, seriously! One thing that held me back from yoga, was my ego, it didn't "push me" hard enough, and so I spent the time I allocated to exercise on HIIT and heavy weights. 30kgs put on and 5 years th...at I couldn't lose it this way because of my already dangerously high cortisol levels later, I was forced to dedicate myself to a yoga practice instead. I never enjoyed yoga in the past because I couldn't do most of even the basic poses. This time, I embraced things like blocks, bolsters and straps... and the more supported my body felt while using these props, the more it stretched and bended in ways it NEVER has before. It's the same in Business. We need to feel supported to stretch ourselves. That may be in the way of our internal systems, in having the right team members, being in the right support groups, or investing in a mentor that will stretch you in the way you need, not necessarily in the way you want. Where do you need to use a "bolster" in your Business? Where are you holding yourself back where you can be putting supports in place to help you go further.
