20.01.2022 Just a reminder - for those who did the Pranic workshop - practice day on Wednesday.10am-3pm. Please bring a plate to share. See you there!

13.01.2022 Pranic Healing Workshop Pranic Healing is a form of energy healing which makes use of Prana, or vital energy, in the treatment of a wide variety of ailments. Prana is a Sanskrit word which literally means "life force", the invisible bio energy or vital energy that keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. In Japan it is known as Ki, in China Chi, in Greece Pneuma. the Polynesians call it Mana and the Hebrews Ruah - meaning Breath of Life. Pranic healing was w...idely practised in ancient vicilisations in China, Egypt and India. In Pranic healing, treatment is effected by simply removing dis-eased energies from the patient's invisible energy body and by transferring fresh, vital energy (Prana) to the affected areas with the use of the hands. Using a 'no touch' methodology, Pranic Healing can prevent, alleviate and heal a whole spectrum of physical, emotional and mental ailments. Pranic Healing is not intended to replace modern medicine. Rather, this ancient healing methodology is intended to complement conventional medical practices as well as other alternative healing methods. The workshop is to be held in Toowoomba and there are a limited number of places. Full written notes are provided. Lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea will be provided. $200 for both days. Early bird offer - full payment by 16 August $180.00 Please book your space early as numbers are limited. Message me if you have any questions.

07.01.2022 All paths lead to home. If only we had a road map to take us through life ... a guidebook presented to us at birth that would show us the way home. Maybe we do! Part of the excitement in life is found in learning to pay attention to all the little signs along the way that point to "this way" or "that way".... Sometimes when we are searching for an answer, a total stranger may have what we need. Sometimes when we need a friendly ear to listen as we work out a problem, the phone rings and brings us a friend! Sometimes information we are looking for just shows up on a sign along the road! 04.01.2022 How to be good to yourself. It's important to set aside time for yourself in what is often a very busy daily life. Treat yourself as you would your best friend. Our self talk can be incredibly self-critical. How would you talk to your best friend? Now talk to yourself the same way.... Put yourself in your diary. Allow time for relaxing activities and write it down in advance in your planner. If you don't make time to see a friend, go for a walk, have a massage, other things come along and fill your diary. Take time to think about your boundaries. Some of us have a tendency to say yes to everything. Learn how to say "No, I'm not able to do that" and avoid becoming exhausted, overwhelmed and resentful. Choose wisely how you spend your time. Do you spend too much time watching TV or on social media? How about reading a good book? Meditation is a great way to de-stress. Remember to do nothing. We can spend our days just reacting; it's important to just do nothing.
