Rockingham, Bell Park.:) Let's have together a nice picnic, sunset meditation and ins...pirational sharing...this is a great opportunity to know each other better, to support each other, to open our hearts and speak, to listen and to dive into blissful meditation. Also to have fun and to spend an evening in a beautiful place, tap into the Nature with a spectacular ocean view filled with the colours of the sunset! I suggest Bell Park in Rockingham. Our meetup spot is close to the Ship Playground and a car park, opposite to Rustico restaurant. Please bring some snacks to share, a picnic chair or yoga mat. This event is free. Invite your friends! We are going to do whatever our hearts are telling us...but there is some plan: *opening - introduce ourselves briefly and share some snack *unfold the true meaning, the reason you answered that call *open up and share some inspirational story, whatever you want to share *set together the intention for sunset meditation *create healing, uplifting mantra for today *dive into the blissful, calming meditation and absorb the vibration of the ocean, the colours of the sunset, the sky and the Nature. *tap into the meaning and healing vibration of the uplifting mantra. *then we have a room to share about our feelings - the energy of love and feminine strength is rising and shining. * hugs at the end and ...go home filled with a new energy, ideas and love.
