21.01.2022 In July of last year during a casual relaxing stroll through the Emu Plains markets l stopped to talk with my now Gypsy Queen and dear friend Kim. This was about our third interaction as l just kept coming back and asking questions and with full disclosure l had found a kindred spirit to have a relaxing Sunday chat with. I had been looking for sometime to embrace natural alternatives for both mine and my families wellness. I wanted to remove all the unhealthy toxins we were s...urrounding ourselves with. My stress levels were through the roof ( and had been for sometime) and my mental health was starting to suffer, l was finding it hard to keep putting one foot in front of the other without something taking a hit - generally me. At the time l didnt realize l was looking for MY person to guide and support me through mine, my family and friends journey to wellness. Kim was and is MY person, My Soul Sister. On one of those mentioned interactions l sat down and was lucky enough to have my own personal workshop with Kim - best 45 minute investment of my cherished ME time. l finally made the decision to stop thinking about it and start doing - l purchased a DoTERRA Home Essentials kit and lll never looked back. Now why have l told you all this? If you have kept reading its more than likely you or a loved one have been in the same boat l was in, either unhappy, unhealthy, over it or all of the above. It can be quite daunting to know where to start and even if you do take the first steps what helps with what and whats right for me. I strongly believe in looking for naturally ways to assist my family and friends improve their health and wellness and l have found Essential Oils essential to my journey. I have started this page to do just that. As interesting information comes to hand l plan to share and inform you of the various opportunities to incorporate Essential Oils into your day to day routine. 06.01.2022 Evening All, From time to time certain numbers continually cross my path, either the time on my watch, my alarm clock when l wake up in the middle of the night , or even on a sign post or bus. It’s enough for me to take notice. At other times a number simply pops into my head for no reason. ... When this happens l pull my Angel books out as my guides are trying to send me a message That being said l thought l would try something different today. 04.01.2022 Lavender -The Mother of all Essential Oils and one of my main GO TOO oils at the moment Here are a few different reasons why l have been using Lavender. l havent been feeling well the last couple of days and Dr Google stresss me out , not sure why l do that to my self. ... A few drops of Lavender ( with a couple of other gems) in my diffuser during the day helps me sooth my emotions, balancing my energy levels. Tribes of mozzies have be out and about at a night around our place and of course l taste great. Insect bites be gone. I find it helps me with the itches and reducing the lump that forms Felicity and l have also used it to ease the itch on our scape . Finally The special ingredient in my sleep potion.
