09.01.2022 I dont know about anyone else, but the last couple days, the energy around has slammed me! After that awesome full moon I felt great! I had great shifts in energy. And then yesterday and today Ive felt like I had been hit by a truck I knew I wasnt unwell, it was purely energetic.. left over lag from the full moon I suspect.... Pacha Mama (Mother Universe) knew what she was doing though.. she knew I would be running a class in Energy Clearing tonight.. and so.. I went from feeling lethargic, energy affected and meh.. to feeling Rejuvenated, Re-energised and down right amazing. At no point did I allow thoughts of oh Im getting sick to enter my consciousness. I checked in, felt that it was just energetic affects.. and chose to allow myself to move through it gently. I was kind to myself, I gave myself space and grace. 06.01.2022 Card of the day - RELEASE JEALOUSY When we feel jealous of something that someone else has, or has achieved its shining a light on our own feelings of lack. Sometimes we can look at what someone seems to have in life and wonder how they got all the good luck Jealousy is not only a really unhelpful energy, its a huge BLOCK to manifesting.... There is more than enough abundance, wealth and opportunity for ALL of us, its truly infinite. So just because someone may seem to have more, does not mean they have part of our share. It just means that our thoughts, feelings and vibration have not been resonating with what we truly want. Only you can resolve that! Release all jealousy! Be happy and joyful for those who have what they want, and be grateful for what you have. Check your feelings, your thoughts and where your attention is, so that you manifest what you want, not repel it. It starts with you, with your thoughts and feelings. 01.01.2022 This year has been pretty strange for most people. This year has been really tough for some people. For me, this has been my best year yet.... This year, while a lot of people allowed the external happenings in the world to pull their attention, I chose to Focus my Attention on myself. I CHOSE to FOCUS MY ATTENTION ON ME. I chose to commit to a Transformational Program that challenged every thought, every belief, every story I had about myself. What an incredible, labour intensive, confronting and liberating journey it was. It was the hardest, most challenging and most profound experience I have ever had. While some others chose to allow the external happenings in the world to affect their thoughts and emotional well being, I chose to FOCUS my ATTENTION on possibility, no limitations, allowing, receiving and abundance. And so it is I became better. My relationships became better. My Spiritual Practice became better. My internal thoughts, beliefs, self esteem, and self love became better, more positive. I learnt that everything in this world that I want, everything in this world that I want to be, everything in this world that I want to know and understand, is already inside me. I learnt that I had the power to access it, utilise it, and use it for my highest good I am no different to any other Being on this planet. We are all Divine. We all have the ability. We all have the knowledge. We all have the connection. We all have the access. We just need to allow it. Blessings, Love and Light to All
