We have had a big surge in Sage and Resin orders lately, it's fantastic to see people cleansing their space and themselves as we navigate through uncharted waters. I wanted to post a couple of Sage Prayers you can use or change to your liking. I can't stress enough how important your intent is during a smudging. Saying these prayers out loud or in your mind gives power to the ritual.... As we find ourselves more in our homes, it's a perfect time to pay attention to your intuition, ask yourself....does my home feel light or heavy? Is there a particular room thats always cold or feels off? Does the energy flow through the home or does it feel stuck/ dense in a certain area? So how do we protect ourselves??? Again, there are many ways in which to do this. One to mention is Smudging. It's a practice that has been used for centuries by Native Americans.
