25.01.2022 We've had bush fires around Batemans Bay for 2 weeks now and the fire fighters and government agencies have done an amazing job in keeping the damage to property to a minimum.. Our thanks and congratulations to them all. We've still been building trailers to deliver before Christmas with more to go out in the New Year. 24.01.2022 Wow, it's been an interesting couple of months here in Batemans Bay. While the fires came close to us, we were ultimately OK and have kept trading. We're still building beautiful anodised aluminium boat trailers and have delivered a few during January. Here's some pictures of a few of them. 19.01.2022 What a great result from the Harvey Norman Auction with over $32,000 raised! The boating package went for about $4,500 so made a significant contribution to the overall total. The new owner none the less got a bargain! We were there for the end of the auction and Sue even managed to give away some cup cakes while her coffee was made. 16.01.2022 Great news! We now have a 3,500kg ATM 8m dual axle trailer. As with all of our trailers, it features a T6 hardened and anodised aluminium chassis with 316 stainless steel fittings. New rolled aluminium guards look great and the flexible polyurethane bunks follow the shape of the hull for maximum support. Rolled aluminium guards will feature on all of our new dual axle trailers and the flexible polyurethane bunks join our current polyurethane capped aluminium bunks and wobbl...e rollers as options for all of our trailers. 15.01.2022 Spitfire Trailers NSW congratulate Robert Burke from Moruya for his second placing outright in the Bay Ramble rally event held as part of the Rally of The Bay weekend recently. While the bush fires certainly made business difficult for us over the past few months, we were very fortunate not to lose any property and to be able to keep trading. Many of our fellow South Coast residents weren't so lucky. So we're very pleased to donate a beautiful anodised aluminium trailer to complete the boating package available as one of the major items in the auction. 02.01.2022 Recently we attended the NSW Game Fishing Assoc Interclub Championships held at Nelson Bay. What a fantastic event! The committee, volunteers and competitors are all to congratulated for a very professional event. We had a terrific time in Port Stephens and learned a great deal more about the wonderful sport of game fishing and met many friendly and interesting people. Congratulations to all competitors for some impressive fishing. It was also a chance for us to showcase... our trailers and we were very pleased with the interest generated.
