24.01.2022 Join us at 1pm Thursday for Low Intensity Aqua Aerobics! What you need to know: Class runs for 45minutes Class costs pool entry + $2 for the session (cash)... Be here a few minutes earlier to check in for covid (bring a phone as it is electronic check in only!) As you come through please put your name on the aqua attendance sheet also All sessions can be increased or decreased to make it easier or harder for yourself. Work at your own ability and pace. 23.01.2022 Which age group is your child in? Your child is your responsibility at the pool. Lifeguards are not babysitters. 0-5yrs - Parents MUST be within arms reach of children at all times. You MUST be in the pool with them. 6-10yrs - Parents MUST be close to the child and maintain constant visual contact.... 11-14yrs - Parents MUST maintain visual contact.

15.01.2022 Unfortunately Holiday Block Learn To Swim Lessons with Miss Julie's Mobile Swim School that were being held at Splashez Aquatic Centre have been cancelled for this week due to unforeseen circumstances. If you were booked in for classes they have contacted all families via text message. Note: Saturday morning bookings will still be going ahead as scheduled.

13.01.2022 Last week of Aqua Aerobics for 2020 is here. 3 sessions left... Tuesday 1pm, Thursday 1pm & Saturday 7:30am The last session for the year will be Saturday 19th December 2020. Classes will resume again from Monday 4th January 2021.

12.01.2022 Did you see we are open on Wednesday until 7pm again for the school holidays. (Mount Isa Heat Swim Team resume club nights in February). Also Swim Fit is on this afternoon at 5:45pm instead of tomorrow evening. See you there!!

07.01.2022 Have you tried Aqua Aerobics? It's a great, fun and cool way to keep/get fit. Low impact, and High impact session available (work to your own ability through both sessions - speed it up or slow it down if you require). Thanks to the Move It NQ providing funding you can try a Monday or Tuesday session at no cost!! Why not jump on in and try it Aqua Aerobics Costs are:... Low Impact Class = Pool Entry Fee + $2 to the Instructor High Impact Class = Pool Entry Fee + $4 to the Instructor Please try to be here 5 minutes before class to sign on before entering the water (just on the attendance sheet). And always check in for covid tracing at the main entrance (QR scan code or text message option - no paper tracing available).

07.01.2022 Have a brilliant Wednesday! Lap swimming is still available right through the Christmas period. The only day we are closed is Christmas Day. Have a look at our opening hours when you are at the pool next with public holidays it is a little different some days.
