19.04.2022 Dear Members, We are taking a lot of measures to improve quality in our Splash System. You would have noticed that we have removed your $1000 virtual money from your membership. We are now starting to put a lot more jobs on the system.... As part of quality and customer service satisfaction, we have promised clients a money back guarantee if there is any problems with their chauffeur experience. The $1000 virtual money was enabling you to do this previously.And this is the way the system has been programmed. Which means in order to be able to take a booking you must have enough balance in your account to be able to cover for that booking. For Example: If you are bidding on a $80 job you must have at least $80 in your splash balance in order to guarantee service quality on a booking. So please note if you have a $0 balance on your account you will not be able to bid for any bookings.
