25.01.2022 As holiday season is fast approaching, we wish to touch base with everyone. We are in full operation processing orders and getting them out to you ASAP however we will be taking the public holidays off coming up. At this point we cannot guarantee any order placed going forward will be delivered by Christmas and as our order volumes are increasing daily, we are looking at possible delays in shipping. If you are wishing to get your in December, we advise you place your order AS...AP. Please keep in mind when placing your order to triple check the information provided. As the expiry date of the vouchers is nearly here (31st Dec) it may result in your voucher expiring before we obtain the correct information. Information we require Childs Name, Childs Date of Birth & Your child’s 2020 Creative Kids Voucher Number provided by Services NSW. Please also check your phone number (mobile is best) and email as this makes contacting you possible to get a quick resolution. Please find attached a guide with steps on how to place an order that you may find helpful. If you have an outstanding order later than the 23rd of November and haven’t spoken to one of our team members, please check your messages and email (also junk box) as we may have been trying to contact you seeking information. 24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Update time.. We are due to get the last of our stock we are waiting on in today which will see us busily packing orders over the weekend to get out the 100's of order that are on preorder. We will be packing in date order, starting from late August into September orders.... Thank you everyone for your patients and your orders will be heading to your way early next week. We have identified that our processed early in on selling these kits where we emailed a link upon purchasing the kit to select your 4 tutorials was causing considerable delay on to complete this process so we are changing things up.. What does this mean for you? Not only will it speed up the order process for everyone, You will now have access to all our tutorials and video's to view and complete as your children wish. 05.01.2022 Splash on Peel are moving online.!!! In 2020 we had to change the way we operate and now again come 2021 as our Shop front will be closing come the 5th of February. From the 1st of February our pick up option will no longer be available. If you have any orders to pick up can you please do so by Friday the 5th before 6pm, Please contact us if you have any issues. ... We will be open Monday to Friday from 1pm to 6pm this week. Our Art Packs (with tutorials) and a small range of art supplies continue to be available through our website for purchase or by using your 2021 Creative kid's Voucher.
