25.01.2022 TERM 2 STARTING 26th APRIL. PAYMENTS NOW DUE. Term 2 group lessons are now fully booked we do however have 1 spot in our 9:45am Infant class Friday mornings. 24.01.2022 Humpty Dumpty day on the wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall Emma, Sophie, Lisa and Robyn have been very busy in the pool lately! With the weather warming up we have been booking up so quickly that the girls are picking up extra days to help out! This means that we have a few available spots but they will fill up quickly! 21.01.2022 A beautiful Darwin Sunday to be out and about teaching lessons to little Darwin kids. If you see our Instructors on the road give them a wave! We have had some fantastic feedback coming in about Robyn and are very proud of the lesson quality she is producing. Well done Robyn!

20.01.2022 Our pool and pool fence are now completed and we will be starting private lessons in our pool next Wednesday, group lessons will begin next Thursday and mobile lessons are already in full swing! 16.01.2022 Today is the final day of week 6, this is the last day for group lessons in our pool. We have loved teaching all of our little swimmers and downsizing has been a very hard decision to make. We will miss seeing all the little faces each week and hearing their little stories but we need to focus on our own family at this time. We wont be having any lessons in our pool in the near future due to my little family growing in size. Splish Splash is still running weeks 7 - 10 of Te...rm 3 (and onwards) but in a mobile capacity only. We have very limited mobile lessons available and if you would like to book one please email [email protected]. We have absolutely loved seeing how far the little ones have progressed in all of their lessons and if you dont have access to a pool, we strongly urge you to look into lessons at another swim school. 09.01.2022 Due to the nature of our business - being one on one and outdoors, we are able to adhere to the governments social distancing policy. This means swimming lessons are still running at this time. We have great faith in our team and our instructors are going over and above to be able to continue doing lessons with you, this includes sanitising and disinfecting all equipment between every lesson, sanitising hands on arrival, and in departure of each home. However I ask;... - please continue to treat your instructor with respect and kindness as this is a difficult time for everyone. - if you share a lesson with another family, please minimise the amount of people attending by having one parent only bring the child to the lesson, by leaving non swimming siblings at home, and practicing social distancing while the lesson proceeds. We cannot have more than 10 people in attendance and this includes our Instructor. -All swimmers to wash their hands immediately prior to lessons -If you, your child or anyone you have been in contact with are sick or showing signs of sickness please contact your instructor before they arrive at your home! -Please follow government advice around self isolating, if you have travelled both internationally or domestically -Please only send the swimmer out to the lesson, and keep siblings at a distance. 06.01.2022 WEEKEND STAFF NEEDED Were sure you have seen the new instructors in the pool. Theyve been training are nearly ready and are excited to hit the ground running! We are still looking for some weekend staff, to join our team you must love kids, love swimming and working outdoors and be willing to complete your Austswim qualification at the next intake. Lisa has been on maternity leave and started back on Wednesday - while on mat leave Lisa was awarded AUSTSWIM infant and preschooler teacher of the year! 05.01.2022 Thanks to all the swimmers Ive had the pleasure of teaching over the last 3 years and especially the last few weeks. Its been truly fantastic and I am now officially on Maternity leave. Ive been so blessed and overwhelmed with cards, gifts, hugs, well wishes, offers of support and my absolute favourite has been enjoying the laughter and effort that Ive seen in the pool from the little ones. This has made my last few weeks absolute perfection. You will still be seeing th...e other Instructors about teaching lessons and I cant wait to introduce our littlest member when he arrives. 02.01.2022 With the ever increasing social distancing policies we will not be holding any lessons that are not one on one. As we are classified as a bootcamp we can continue to do lessons one on one. We would like to be as socially responsible as possible and to keep as many of our families as safe as possible. This means we are only conducting lessons for the families that are also practicing social distancing in other parts of their lives. This limits the follow on effect for our ins...tructors and reduces exposure. Please let your instructor know if you will be putting your lessons on hold because of these guidelines. 01.01.2022 CYCLONE WARNING. Due to the cyclone warning in place as of 430pm today Splish Splash will be closed and all Saturday mobile and private lessons are cancelled at this stage. This may change depending on the strengthening or weakening of the cyclone. Your instructor will inform you tomorrow if lessons are back on. Please contact your instructor or our admin with any questions. Stay safe!
