25.01.2022 Don't like the appearance of a wall mounted split system on the wall? A bulkhead unit is one of the best solutions out there!

25.01.2022 We would like to thank Split Master for the great work they did last month when replacing our reverse cycle A/C unit. Ofir was prompt (initial consultation the... same day I called), meticulous (provided several options and associated risks), knowledgeable (articulated clearly compliance and regulatory requirements) and quick to respond (quote within a day as per his commitment). Once initial downpayment was made, Ofir and his colleague installed our unit. The installation required some "fiddling" wood work. Ofir did a fantastic job to ensure that it was esthetically pleasing and he made sure that the filler and new pieces of wood were sanded - which other suppliers were not keen to do. Finally Ofir displayed a high level of integrity: Our unit required Ofir to come back at a later date to install subsequently an external drain for safety reason although the unit manual indicated it was not required. Ofir came back promptly and true to his word did not charge extra for having to come back and install the drain pipe. In relation to the overall price and value for money, Splitmaster was in the middle range between 3 quotes I had received but stood out right from the time of the initial consultation. Split master is truly great value for money. I would strongly recommend Ofir to any other of my contacts that would have A/C needs.. Regards, Michael
