Immediate Start... Undertake production line assembly and welding of performance exhaust systems Experience in high volume work environments Responsible for product quality, craftsmanship and fabrication of performance exhaust components Perform visual product quality audit, for product quality Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the factory and its equipment and tools EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & EDUCATION Minimum 1 year experience in exhaust fabrication or similar volume production environments, MIG welding and assembly Must be trained in MIG welding process TIG welding experience advantageous Understand fixture assembly and process for production welding Understanding of MIG welding machine set-up and adjustments Must be able to follow verbal / written instructions correctly ADDITIONAL QUALITIES NECESSARY Must be punctual and dependable at adhering to required work hours Must be prepared to meet the demanding needs of a growing business and hours as required Communicate, work and coordinate with Must be willing to learn and develop new skills to broaden capability Good safety and housekeeping habits required Salary Negotiable depending on experience and value Position is located in Lilydale, preference to local applicants.
