16.01.2022 Once a Saint, Always a Saint Here is our regular around the grounds report for the former and current Saints players in Shires, Grade and Junior Reps. Daman Sidhu - Made his debut for Warringah Shires in 2nd grade. Bowled 8 over for 1/14 including 3 maidens. Also took a catch to help Warringah bowl out Auburn for 192. Scored 0 off 11 batting at six, while Warringah chased the total with six wickets to spare.... Gavin Young - Played for Roseville 4ths against Macquarie University. Scored 23 at number 3, including 4 fours, before getting run out to help Roseville get 234. Maq Uni got the runs with seven wickets to spare, but Gav did take a catch. Ian Charles - Played 4th Grade for Pennant Hills. Got a duck with the bat, as Pennant Hills scored 225. Bowled seven overs for 0/26, as Georges River scored 7/254. Matt Farmer - Played 5th Grade for Pennant Hills in Tim Creer Cup in Round One. Opened for bowling and got 3/9 off 8 overs to help bowl out North West Sydney for 142. Opened for batting and got 13, but Pennant Hills got bowled out for 90. Patrick Mace - Played 5th Grade for Warringah in Tim Creer Cup. In Round One scored 14 not with bat at number 9 to help Warringah to a competitive 135 off 40 overs. Took 2/8 off four overs to help Warringah bowl Lindfield for 99. Took three catches as well. In Round Two Warringah bowled first against Mt Pritchard-Southern. Pat was once against in wickets with 1/13 off three overs, as Warringah bowled out the MPS for 118. Pat didn't get a bat as Warringah chased down the total with seven wickets in hand and 19 overs.

11.01.2022 3rd grade Round 1 vs Collaroy Plateau at Griffith Park. Blues - check your emails and confirm availability!

10.01.2022 http://stpetersmanlyvalecc.nsw.cricket.com.au//rv/match.as 2nd grade won their round one clash with Wakehurst by 3 balls. Wakehurst were bowled out for 125 with Pravin Vala taking 2/12 off his 6 overs setting up the bowling effort. Kev Sham bowled a good spell at death 3/17 off 5 overs, including the key wicket of David Sheldon (63).... The chase got off to a rocky start with the boys struggling at 5/30. But thanks to Pravin Vala 38 off 56 balls and support from the lower order Luke Reid (15 off 18) and Raj Bhayana (18* off 20). The boys got home with 3 balls to spare.

MOM: Pravin Vala 4th vs Dee Why at Beverly Job - Won 74 runs SPMVCC 190 all out (Ladi Smok 78, Mitch Ranken 30, Duncan Hatfield 23) Dee Why RSL 116 all out [Mitch Ranken 6/14 (12.3), Duncan Hatfield 2/28 (7)] MOM: Mitch Ranken Saint of Day (Week 1) - Ladi Smok Saint of Day (Week 2) - Mitch Ranken Well done for 4th for the first win of the season. Tough loss for 2nd grade, but plenty of positives from the match.
