We should pay attention to how we feel within ourselves, and also make the effort to check on friends, family, neighbors,strangers in the supermarket or even someone on the bus. Have you ever felt the weight of the world on your shoulders and someone senses that something is wrong and they say are you ok? and right at that point you just want to burst into tears because someone gives a shit... well, we should all be that person that asks that ...question. We are all so busy with everyday life, it’s easy to grab what we need and keep moving, we forget to smile at people or to spark up a random conversation. It’s something we personally love to do, especially with the elderly... because they don’t find it weird that a stranger has a random chat with them. Maybe you have wanted to reach out before but you feel like you will get shut down or that you can’t fix the problem, but sometimes people just want to be heard. Ask the question, let them speak and just listen to them. R u ok?
