25.01.2022 Hi Everyone, week one back to work Bookings nearly done. This is turning out to be a mammoth job. Can anyone who has a forward appointment already for May / June please let me know if you can cope with waiting until then. Or you can leave your name and best times to ring you back on the Salons answering machine. I will be contacting more clients on Sunday and Mon afternoon / night. 08.01.2022 Hi Spoilt Family, we have just made it through our first four weeks of business hibernation . Most of which has been on hold on the phone to Government Department's so we can ensure that Spoilt will make it back in good shape ! We are lucky enough to live in Australia where we can get support when needed. Even though Hairdressers can trade we strongly believe the safety of our staff and clients overrides any financial hardship from loss of trade. We will be re-opening hopefully in the near future as restrictions are lifted. 03.01.2022 To Our Valued Customers and Community... We are currently trading with our usual high standard of hygiene, however we have added the following sanitizing procedures to protect you and our staff using the Department of Health guidelines. - Required to sanitize hands upon entry into salon and exit (provided).... -Bench Tops and chair surfaces will be sanitized before and after each client. -Personal washable hand towels will be supplied for you after toilet use. -Toilet and all door handles will be sanitized after each use. - Magazines have been removed. You are welcome to bring your own. - We are monitoring staff on a daily basis. - If you present yourself at the salon displaying any symptoms you will be asked to reschedule. - Mandatory self isolation when returning from overseas travel, or have been in contact with someone displaying symptoms.
