24.01.2022 Soo this is not how I imagined my first day of being a business owner Due to the recent Western Australian Government announcement, Spoilt Hair Retreat will be temporarily closed from 6pm Sunday 31st Jan till 6pm Friday 5th feb (pending government updates) this closure is to help migrate the spreed of COVID 19 and keep our community safe. Our priority is keeping our clients safe and happy. We look forward to welcoming you back into the salon as soon as it is safe and poss...ible to do so. You know when you have a baby and all your hair falls out and then you get all that nasty short hair growing back? Well this was a soft balayage to give the blonde a break while we blend in the new growth. Hot mama!

I've started a busines...s (multiple times) on a shoestring budget. I've had to count dollars so I understand that better than anyone, BUT I've always seen the value in throwing money into training, education and personal development. Because knowledge is power. And if you don't have the money to pay the experts to do the tasks you need to do to grow a successful business, then I can assure you that it's a sh!t tonne cheaper to invest in learning how to yourself. 12.01.2022 Having a little tearful moment here. Was just cleaning out my emails and I came across all the messages of support we received over the past few months. Our clients bloody rock! We love you guys SO much, you literally saved us (emotionally and financially ). I truly feel so so lucky and grateful to have the best community behind us here at Spoilt. I couldnt be more proud. Thank you times a billion to all our incredible clients. ... And the lovely ladies you see here - my team . I want everyone to know how hard they have worked to keep my business alive. They all busted their ass night and day when it was required, they called and texted me 24 hours a day, they cried with me, stepped up like you wouldnt believe and literally offered to sacrifice their own leave and pay to keep the business alive. (Thankfully it didnt come to that and Id go bankrupt before allowing that to happen). I am SO proud of my team and the luckiest employer in all of Australia. Its a special group here at Spoilt and I will be forever grateful for all the good that came from Covid 19. My heart goes out to all those doing it tough and I hesitated to post this as I know we havent all been so lucky and I am not insensitive to that, but there are some legends amongst us and I had to give them some light.
