23.01.2022 **FACTS ABOUT SNS** Let's talk about SNS. So essentially SNS is acrylic powder (it is in fact a BRAND, not a product.... It's a cheeky way of selling the same product for more, claiming that it is better for your nails (it has .0039% vitamin E and your nails are made from KERATIN not calcium, so the calcium ingredient is useless) and using less product which saves NSS salons money. SNS also uses straight up superglue (they call it sealant but it's chemical ingredients are basically the same as superglue) to bond the powder. "But SNS is lighter and stronger on my nails you say" .... well duh. When you're using half the product and bonding it with superglue, of course they will be "lighter and stronger". FYI super strong nail enhancements aren't a good thing! This is why MMA was banned in Australia many years ago ---- but those "nail bars" continue to use it. Answer me this, if you hit your nail on something really hard, would you prefer your nail enhancement to break, or to stay in tact but instead your natural nail gets a chunk ripped out? Or even worse, seperate the natural nail from your nail bed?!! Let's chat about the hygiene of SNS - actually the lack of hygiene the unsanitary issue of having every single client dip their dirty fingers in the same pot! It's a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and fungus.

19.01.2022 Just a quick update for all my clients. We have spoken to my husband’s team of specialists and at this stage we need to stay in full isolation until there is a vaccine . Thank you to everyone who has stayed in touch and checked up on myself and my family it is truly appreciated as I really do miss all of you and isolation has been very tough Hopefully I will be able to reopen the salon but at the moment we need to just wait this out. Thank you for your continued support

19.01.2022 Like all Australians, we have been deeply impacted by the bushfires burning in our country. The loss of homes, landscapes, wildlife and lives is truly devastati...ng and our hearts go out to all those affected. Our sincere thanks go to the firefighters, charities and volunteers who are tirelessly working to assist in this country's recovery. Next Saturday 18th January, our street is holding a "PAY-WHAT-YOU-WANT" GARAGE SALE, hosted by Lance & Rose of 4 Tess Court, Maddingley VIC 3340 kicking off at 9am. 16.01.2022 Please Read Please take note that the next 2 weeks in the salon are crazy busy so please remember Please park in the driveway or in front of my house, not my neighbors if possible ... If you are more than 10 min late your appointment will be canceled as I am fully booked back to back. As clearly stated on the display Christmas nail art is extra, $5 for featured nail and $15 on a full set, Raw glitter is also still $5 extra If you are a no show I will not be rebooking you next year As I have closed my books and reduced my hours next year I strongly recommend you book your appointments well in advance while I truly appreciate the thought and generosity please do not bring me chocolate Im trying to be good lol

10.01.2022 Important Please Read As many of you are aware my husband has a compromised immune system and as such we have had to self isolate. At this stage I will still be seeing clients who have existing bookings. 08.01.2022 Today it was announced that salons can reopen on the 1st June, unfortunately I am still unable to open on this date. After talking to my husbands specialists they are still insisting that we totally self isolate for at least another 6 weeks . Im so sorry I can not open and I know you are all missing your nails and tans, and I miss our chats so much but this is out of my hands Thank you for your understanding.
