The award-winning Daughters and Dads Active and Empowered program, delivered by the University of Newcastle in partnership with the NSW Government, targets fathers as the agents of change to improve girls’ sports skills and wellbeing. The program will consist of eight sessions over eight weeks throughout Term 1, featuring educational and practical sessions involving rough and tumble play, sport, and fundamental movement skills. GEAR STEWARD - To ensure the proper distribution, cataloguing and subsequent return of all Club equipment. Sourcing and ordering of any new equipment. Assist with maintenance of all existing equipment. GAME DAY MANAGER - Responsible for all home match day operations and ensures they are conducted smoothly throughout the season and that all rules and regulations are abided by, and any incidents are recorded in the correct manner. The Game Day Manager collaborates with the Senior Vice President and is responsible to the President and the Committee.

Unlike other winter sports on the Coast, hockey is played at the same location every weekend, and due to our 2 brand new synthetic surfaces we can play in the wet (unlike some other sports) so you get excellent value for money.
