02.01.2022 That's a wrap!! 3 sessions and over 90 kids from across the Riverina were run through their paces (with COVID protocols in place) in Temora by the University of Canberra Capitals - Paul Gorris, Marianna Tolo, Kelsey Griffin and Alex Delaney. It was great to hear UC Head Coach and Assistant Coach to the Australian Opals say 'country kids have a first-class work ethic' and it was definitely on display today. Well done to ALL participants and THANK YOU to their parents and/or grandparents that helped them get there today SportConnect and the UC Capitals will be back, so keep on eye out!! PS - a huge shout out to Jenny McRae, Wendy McCrone and Kirstin Bett (Temora Basketball Association) for your support and helping with organising the day. Temora is blessed to have you.
