23.01.2022 Shoutout to these awesome clients - Husband and Wife Duo Tony and Vicky who have been training with Lauren for a couple of months now and have made tremendous improvements to their training. Tony couldnt hip hinge correctly when we started. He also couldnt achieve the RFES without losing balance and tightness through his rec fem and hips (3 weeks ago). His shoulder strength has improved and he can now successfully perform rowing patterns and push patterns pain free Vicky c...ouldnt deadlift without pain in her hip when we started, she couldnt do the Copenhagen and has increased her strength in all areas. Her cycling pace has improved and shes getting less pain in her shoulders and elbows during work. She has also noticed a significant change in muscle definition and body changes. Far too many people are looking for the quick fix, if your serious about about achieving your goals whether its to be pain free or to lift heavier or gain lean muscle mass its important to invest and trust the process! 22.01.2022 In three days time our studio doors will re-open! We cant wait! For the past 12-13 weeks we have trained our members through various scopes, myself and the team have been working hard behind the scenes to make Sportif better than ever! We are so proud of every single member that is apart of the Sportif community past and present as your have helped shape us to who we are today and we are more excited for whats to come!...
