13.01.2022 During adolescence, a girl’s self-concept and body image concerns greatly influence her continued participation in sport. To help prevent this, Pretty Foundation have teamed up with Sporting Schools partners Athletics Australia, Basketball Australia and Gymnastics Australia to develop a new body confidence book for children. Charlie's Tales: The Sprites and the Heart Flower celebrates body diversity while encouraging young girls to embrace their differences and try different sports to find out what they enjoy! Through early education, they hope to prevent negative body image and see more girls going on to pursue their sporting dreams! Get your copy of the book online today at www.prettyfoundation.org for just $10.

Apart from introducing the k...ids to rugby, I knew it also educated them on the importance of attending school, living a healthy lifestyle, teamwork and connecting with their culture.
