21.01.2022 Please feel free to SHARE: We are EXPANDING and taking expressions of interest from professionals looking for consult rooms, office space or practitioner rooms ...on our current premises. VERY Exciting times ahead for CrossFit Geelong. The building works have now began into the expansion into a complete Health & Wellness centre in the premises adjoining CFG. One of our members is opening up a very sleek cafe- offering clean healthy food and great coffee next door with an outdoor area and plenty of great atmosphere! We have filled over half the consult rooms with practitioners who compliment our business before we started building and would love to fill the rest of the spots before the month is up. The centre will operate separately from CrossFit Geelong and have its own identity. There are 8 practitioner rooms being built alongside the cafe. This is not limited just to practitioners, small business owners may also wish to have an office space which is part of a "community" as an alternative to working at home, we are also welcoming those expressions of interest also. We will have a room upstairs at CrossFit Geelong which will also be available for a potential tenant also- this will make our 9th room. This is a great space and has been used by Ben our Chiropractor and Carly our Nutritionist who have become increasingly busier and are both moving next door in order to expand their hours and have their own separate rooms. We are taking expressions of interest from other established practitioners wishing to rent serviced rooms and be part of this exciting project. Practitioners will have access to a mobility area, clients at CFG, rehab area and equipment at CrossFit Geelong. Room sizes vary. Please email ONLY: [email protected] with your expression of interest. The cafe itself will be a huge plus for this end of town and also to our members needing that coffee fix, a quick breaky, smoothies, snacks or after training lunch. The owners of the cafe are very experienced in the industry and the food will above and beyond what you expect! Exciting times for 2017!
