Congratulations. it’s great to work with these amazing athletes along with the Australian Men’s team, and a few other teams at the HSBC7s in London and Paris. Now for a holiday. I will be back in July and taking bookings for my return .

13.01.2022 Great video explaining facia and how it works.. how stress affects facia and thickens causing pain. So exercise/movement and massage helps allowing the facia to slide more easily giving more range of movement and less pain . Due to all this research pain and healing can begin. Still such an unknown area still being researched.finding new things all the time .. the human body is amazing .
