05.01.2022 Due to a lack of interest our second attempt at holding a meeting to discuss the NSW team selection process for 2020 was cancelled. At this stage, subject to any further advice from Sport Shear Australia or the National Show Committee, our decision will now be made at our AGM which will be held on Saturday 30th May at 10am remotely. Therefore we would like to call for the following to be submitted to the secretary Kellie Armour by no later than Saturday 9th of May; -General B...usiness -Motions -Nominations accompanied by a second for the following executive positions: -Chair -Vice Chair -Secretary/Treasurer -Media Officer -ECOMM Representative -Head Shearing Judge (North and South) -Team Manager -Wool Team Manager If you are someone who is interested in nominating for one of these positions but are unsure of what it involves etc please do not hesitate to contact any of the current executive and we will run you through it. Once all items have been submitted to the secretary an agenda will be released along with a list of nominations, so that our affiliate members are able to look through it prior to the meeting. The votes will be done by online survey. Running an AGM and General Meeting remotely is not an ideal situation but we can provide support to anyone who is concerned about using the platforms we will be using. As always the executive is here to help.
