23.01.2022 Here's a story to put a smile on your face, from physio Kirsty. "Colin has Parkinson's disease and nerve pain affecting one of his legs. When I first started seeing Colin at the end of 2019 he had trouble with stairs and walked with a walking stick. After 6 months of exercises and hands-on therapy, we took our rehab to the tennis courts. ... We go down every week practicing moving around the court, reacting to the ball, and serving accurately and with power. Colin is now playing 2-3 times per week and managing 2 sets without needing a break. He tells me that his tennis friends are not going to go easy on him any more!" Well done Colin, what an achievement! #activeaging #exerciseismedicine #2020goals

My passion is for home modifications, assistive technology and equipment prescription, home safety and conducting assessments on function (e.g to support NDIS applications). Outside of work time I enjoy spending time with my family, taking our spoilt Dachshund Ruby to the beach, or doing adventure sports such as snow-boarding, wake-boarding and scuba-diving.
