The changes are based on new information that SA Health have received. ... As of 12pm Friday 20 November 2020: exercise outside of your home with members of your household is permitted Masks are not mandatory but encouraged Schools will re-open on Monday 23 November 2020 As of 12.01pm on Sunday 22 November Emergency Management (Stay at Home No 3) (COVID-19) Direction 2020 and the Emergency Management (Public Activities No 12) (COVID-19) Direction 2020 comes into effect. In summary these direction includes the following: 1 person per 4 square metres will apply No dancing or vertical consumption All food and beverage consumed seated Personal care workers need to wear masks Gyms are permitted to open Updated gathering provisions being: o Funerals 50 people maximum o Weddings 150 people maximum o Religious ceremonies 100 people maximum o Private gatherings -50 people maximum o Private residences 10 people per house Swimming is allowed for fitness of rehabilitation purposes Indoor and outdoor community sport fixtures and training are prohibited (but does not include elite, professional or intra-school sports) Keep an eye out on https://www.covid-19.sa.gov.au/emergency-declarations and check out the FAQ’s. This includes - Suspension of all ...indoor and outdoor sport training and competition (for two weeks initially) Closure of gyms and recreation centres Closure of play cafes and trampoline venues (eg: Bounce) Private gatherings at licenced venues capped at 50 Hospitality venues capped at 100 with distancing requirements returning to 1 person per 4 square metres Outdoor, non-contact boots camps/personal training can proceed Those events requiring a Covid Management Plan are suspended No stand-up alcohol consumption allowed at licensed venues even outdoors As soon as the Directions are released we will provide further clarification and detail to you. Plan will be required to display a COVID SAfe Check-In QR Code, and also provide an alternate paper record sheet for contact tracing records. The mySA GOV app will host the COVID SAfe Check-In feature, which once opened, will allow you to scan a business’ QR code. The app securely collects limited personal information as you enter a business or venue. Your details will only be kept for 28 days and will only be released to SA Health for official contact tracing purposes.
