Every Mon, Tues and Thurs evening, 6:30 - 7:00pm BEGINNING THIS THURS 2ND OF APRIL Cost: $8 per class OR $20 unlimited week pass Classes will be run by our physiotherapist Elise and aim to provide a way for our Sportslink community to stay active at home with the ongoing support and advice from a qualified health professional!
