16.01.2022 Nowadays resumes are fairly subjective, you can add pics or graphics, depending on your target focus. Generally only go back ten years in detail. If you do want... to go further (ancient history in todays changing world) just keep it brief. Only enter Education/ Qualifications that are relevant to what your looking/ applying for. And of course if you need someone to help contact MEEEEE See more

12.01.2022 Have seen many resume services advertising much higher rates. And yes some say "you get what you pay for". However having had 6 years in what was then Job Network Services and an additional 4 years working for myself, I am happy to provide a quality professional resume at an AFFORDABLE price. I'm not out to buy "sheep stations" just help those in need and make a little extra for myself. Simple really :)

04.01.2022 Always always always proof read your resume and letters of application.

01.01.2022 I am often asked to write cover letters. I personally think this is best written by the applicant themselves, but am happy to give advice. 1. Always read your ad and highlight exactly what the employer is looking for. 2. If its a long list and you have some of these, but not all, still apply. 3. In the body of your letter explain how and where/when you got these skills. Not simply saying "as you can see by my resume". 4. Try not to start every sentence with I.... 5. Keep it to one page, with one or two main paragraphs selling yourself. 6. In closing paragraph be positive, as in: "I can be contacted on .... ... ... and look forward to speaking with you in regards to this role" See more
