21.01.2022 Dear Corporate Mustard Catering Team, Welcome to your so nice so new cloakroom! It was created for your benefit. Starting tomorrow, this is how it will work: after presenting yourself to the lovely ladies/gentleman at check in your next step will be the cloakroom.... It is located right next to the First Aid Room and you just need to advise your friendly cloakroom officer what size uniform you require for collection. Before going up to your work area you check your belongings in; you will receive a ticket that you must hold on to throughout your shift and present it to the cloakroom officer at the end for belongings collection and uniform drop-off. Easy! We love it, hope you will love it too! Feedback always welcome :-)

21.01.2022 Hey guys, please remember to plan your journey to work tomorrow and Sunday allowing plenty of extra time to get there due to train shutdowns :-)

20.01.2022 As the AFL Season started at the end of March, the first STEPS monthly winners of 2014 were nominated for the month of April. In corporate we had a draw of points so we have two very well-deserved winners Luel Dekuek and Juan Jimenez. STEPS Awards is Spotless and Mustards employee awarding system in which any employee can be nominated by their supervisor, manager, client or colleague for excellence in service. If you wish to nominate your colleague you must see a manager ...to do so. Staff members are nominated by a points system with zero to five points in each category: Smile, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Pride and Service, totalling 25 points to the highest achievers. Double nominations from the same event, in example a supervisor and a customer nominating the same staff member will accumulate all points awarded from the supervisor plus an extra 5 points from the second nomination (customer), totalling up to 30 points. A customer nomination will award 25 points to the employee. Please join us in congratulating Luel and Juan for their outstanding performance and commitment to excellence in service!

15.01.2022 On 23rd November Healthways introduced a new concept to Perth Glory games at nib Stadium. The concept of this "water bar chill out area" was to promote people to drink more water, but in a fun and different way. The marquee was located directly adjacent to Gate 1 entry. Mustard Catering's involvement was providing 1 Supervisor and 8 wait staff to promote this, by servicing food & beverage to the general public as they walked through Gate 1. We serviced over 500 fruit kebab...s, which worked out to be over 1500 pieces of fruit, 90 litres of water; which served 1000 glasses of beverage for guests. These were called water mocktails and had pieces of fruit, water, and juice mixed for an alternative to soft drink or juice. Congratulations to the team working this function and delivering great service, the feedback was fantastic and the event was a success!

There will be no cloakroom however there will be a designated staffing representative throughout your whole shift. Lockers are still available as well as extra space for your belongings h...owever please only bring the bare minimal to work. For the newbies and those who can't remember outlet locations we will have designated staff runners to help ensuring staff arrival to outlets on time. As usual please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time which will allow you to get to your outlet at the designated working time. We hope you like the new check in area!
