They will be available to purchase at our Yoga Launch Day this coming Saturday... or to pre-order if stocks run out! A little about the book... Best suited for ages 5-12, the journal not only teaches kids how to get the most out of practicing gratitude, but also has heaps of fun activities to help them build resilience and boost happiness, focus on what is important, stay calm when facing challenges and build a positive attitude. 12.01.2022 Drum roll please... Our amazing Physio is starting TODAY! We are so happy and excited to announce Carla as part of our team ... Carla is able to treat a range of conditions, including: Develepmental delay Neurological conditions Neuromuscular disorders Cerebral palsy Developmental coordination disorders Prematurity Plagiocephaly (asymmetrical head shape) Talipes Brachial plexus injuries Acquired brain injuries Abnormal walking patterns. Carla is also NDT certified and NDIS registered. We are so fortunate to have this fun-loving, hard-working, passionate and very experienced team member! Join us in wishing Carla an awesome first day!

11.01.2022 We are sad and sorry It hurts our hearts that we are not yet open as we had intended to be well and truly up and running in our soft launch phase by now. We have had so many hold ups out of our control. ... NBC not connected properly first go (were meeting a technician today to try to sort it out. Wish us luck !) Speechie Medicare number still not processed but is in the process (OT and Physio have theirs) Furniture not delivered (now on backorder) Catherine working feverishly to finish her Masters degree (We are soooo proud! She is only 9 days away from due date!) Our own little people have been unwell Lisa has been sick and down for the count (shes bounced back and is catching up). We are sad and sorry. Please dont take this delay as any indication to our love and commitment for the work we do. We are so excited and really cant wait until we are over the few hurdles that are in our lane at the moment In anticipation, thank you for patience, kindness and understanding. We are so grateful. Now more than ever, please use the principles of yoga as a way to release control, breathe, reconnect with yourself and draw inward. Please take care of yourselves and be safe! We now have schools interested in buying class sets; we have guidance officers wanting a stockpile for their students; we have parents buying more for other children they know; we have uncles buying for their nieces! 07.01.2022 WE ARE SO PROUD! Our lovely Catherine should have been attending her Masters graduation ceremony in Sydney this weekend. During the time Catherine completed her Masters of Health Science (Developmental Disabilties) she had MORE than just a bit on:... she got engaged planned a wedding got married fell pregnant became a first time mum juggled a newborn who grew into a baby and now a toddler! renovated parts of their first home was incredibly sleep deprived spent numerous nights and weekends researching, reading, highlighting and writing!!!!! worked as a speechie opened a business ...and really, thats just a few of the things!!! I remember when it was extra hard and there were tears, her hubby, parents, friends and even Catherine would say just think how good it will feel when you walk across that stage... Given, the actual event was cancelled... we still wanted to celebrate and let her feel the glory and pride of walking over to receive her degree So we had a very slapdash, makeshift in-clinic ceremony CONGRATULATIONS

01.01.2022 Change We’ve had some BIG changes happen of late, and another BIG announcement to make. We said good-bye and best wishes to our Physio... who has started her own multi-disciplinary practice in North Lakes, The Child Development Hub ... We wished our beloved Catherine all the love as she started her maternity leave... she assured us she won’t be a stranger and will pop in regularly both before and after her bubs’ arrival AND... we have welcomed our lovely part-time Receptionist. She has been just the help we needed... and helped us with things we didn’t even know we needed help with! We are also expanding our services to include a child development Psychologist! Yes we are! She will start this coming Wednesday, 7 October 2020. More information to come. Sometimes change can be sad and unsettling; other times it is wonderful and exciting! Sometimes it can be a bit of all of the above. You got this! And we do too! xoxox
