25.01.2022 To our valued Customers and Suppliers, There’s a lot of information and updates circulating with relation to Coronavirus at this time. Spot Productions is confident we can continue to service our customers through this. We are committed to maintaining our production deadlines and timeframes doing our best to maintain business as usual whilst being vigilant and prepared for circumstances as they arise. Here at Spot Productions we have been pro-active in ensuring we are minimi...zing the risk of spread to our staff, customers and the wider community. Our staff have been reminded of the current social distancing recommendations, as well as Government isolation guidelines should they be required. We have reinforced to our team members to follow rigorous hygiene procedures including wiping down shared equipment, handwashing and sanitising. Our freight fleet have confirmed enhanced good social isolation techniques. As the situation further evolves we will continue to monitor the advice from the Government Authorities with our staff, customer’s and supplier’s health and safety being of paramount importance. 09.01.2022 This looks like your everyday 16pp section being folded but it is anything but an everyday 16pp. At Spot Productions we’ve invested in the latest UV printing technologies allowing us to print uncoated papers or synthetic papers with zero drying time as the inks are cured on the press leaving the sheets dry and ready to process in the bindery. This section was taken off the press 5 minutes ago and is up and running making this the most productive way of printing your uncoate...d paper products. 06.01.2022 We are open for business. We have implemented several new measures to stop the possible spread of COVID-19 throughout our plant with hand sanitiser being placed in key positions and all touch points being cleaned regularly as well as adjusting staffing to comply with social distancing as well as asked all of our suppliers to not call in person but to maintain constant email and phone contact throughout this threat.
