Work 5 days a week (with some weekends) 7.30am to 4.30pm Use a ladder and can stand for 8 hours per day Work in variable weather i.e. lights showers and heat Motivated and work with minimal supervision We pay piecework rates Cherry Picking - $1.20 - $2.00 per kg depending on the crop.
