03.01.2022 The last of our microgreen stock is available at Mallee Foods this week at discounted prices. Unfortunately a local wholesaler has started selling a product at half the retail price of our stock, removing any profit margin. We really do hope they are still sourcing their product locally and wish them all the very best. Thank you to those that have supported our micro green products in the past, it sure was a wonderfull 12 months of production for us!

03.01.2022 Fish grading in the fish room today !! Our biggest of big silver perch are nearly hitting the 500gram mark! All beautiful healthy fish in great condition.
