24.01.2022 Sometimes you have to learn to let go.. When a feature is added and the wrong materials are used its life span is reduced. If you want hand rail to last outside, dont use preprimed pine. it will not withstand the elements and end up rotting. The space looks a whole lot better opened up

09.01.2022 Plumbing is no problem for me.... whether its repairing a broken flick mixer, blocked toilet or leaking taps. I have to tools to do it all. We can also breathe new life into old sets with spindle replacement, hyrdoseal washers and stainless seats for taps you can turn off with 2 fingers! no more broken wrists trying to get a tap to stop leaking.
06.01.2022 The one thing I have come to notice is that all modern built timber fences are not built how they should be. They use under sized posts that are to support gates and they never use enough concrete. This usually means that the post rots out. Maybe its a ploy by people that call them selves trade qualified fencers to get repeat work... A fence should be built to last! A new pair of 100 x 100 hard wood posts concreted to the surface will outlast the old 100 x 75 posts that were only half concreted in.
