24.01.2022 A day in the office :)

23.01.2022 3 bond cleans completed last week & 2 booked this week. Don't forget that we operate 7 days a week including holidays. :) TIp -o- The Week: Paint over time discolors. Always spot test paint on a small area until dry before touching up all walls with any paint left on rental properties. On two occassions i have had customers go over everything with paint left on property despite giving them advice not to, the result being patches throughout after paint had dried. A very expensive but avoidable lesson. ALWAYS get expert advice before tackling any DIY maintainance for end of lease rentals.

22.01.2022 1st of 3 bond cleans done & dusted for this coming week. Need a last minute bond clean over the holiday? No worries we are available day or night.

21.01.2022 To our valued clients, We would like to let you know we only clean empty properties such as bond, builders, pre-entry, pre-sales, mortgagee cleans only. We do not perform regular cleaning services such as weekly dusting,vacuming, mopping etc as we are commited to being available on call when required.... Thank you for past enquiries and all the best in finding a regular cleaner. Finally, When finding a regular cleaner please do relevant checks such as police check, cleaning history, insurance etc before making a decision. This doesn't need explaining ;-) Regards, SLCS

20.01.2022 This is way to common these days & we often get called up to go finish these unfinished cleaning jobs from other so called "bond cleaners' & as an earlier post states always get a visual quote from a local cleaner where possible. If they cant be bothered turning up to quote then chances are they wont return. Also try & get 2-3 'visual' quotes & as in ll things, dont think cheaper is better.
