10.01.2022 Termite nest beside an air condition unit. Termites built this nest on the wall inside the house beside the air condition unit. The owners of this property advised that there was no nest beside the air condition unit when they went to bed but when they woke up they were horrified to discover the nest beside the air conditioner unit.... Termites never sleep, they eat timber day and night, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Once they are in your house they each take a little piece of it away with them until the house starts to fall down. If your house does not have a chemical termite barrier then there is nothing stopping termites from entering your house. When they enter it, it wont be a social visit. Would you rather spend upto $200,000 repairing damage caused by termites to your house or would you rather spend that on your self. Its not a question of if termites will enter your house but when.

07.01.2022 Termite entry into a kitchen Termites were able to gain entry to this house beside the pipe penetration which is below the kitchen sink. This house had a physical termite barrier system installed by another company when the house was built.... You can see termites were able to pass right next to the physical termite barrier product and gain entry to the house.
