22.01.2022 I'd like to take a moment to thank every single person who helped make last night a success. From my hardworking PC team, all our volunteers, everyone who bought raffle tickets or donated prizes, purchased drinks or pizzas on the night, Merle and the choir, the students who sang, families who braved the heat to come along and as always our wonderful family the Dewars who provide our sound and staff to help us run our night..... Thank you! Without everyone making their contr...ibutions our Xmas gathering could not be so enjoyable. As our last fundraiser for the year we appreciate all the extra effort especially being so close to Christmas. Thank you again and I hope you have a fabulous Xmas holidays. Sam. PC President

If you could spare a couple of hours- it would be so greatly appreciated! If you can’t help on the day though, you can still donate to the items we need to reduce our costs. ... 17.01.2022 Thursday 6th December we are having our Christmas gathering. Pizza order forms went home yesterday with the youngest child. Orders due back 30th NOVEMBER. NO LATE ORDERS ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE. As Im sure you can appreciate that collating orders, counting money and triple checking takes us a lot of time. This is why you must have your order in on time for us to include your pizza. ... We are also in need of donations for the raffle. Please leave at the office anytime up until Weds 5th Dec. Raffle books are $10 per book, 50c per ticket half. More books are available from the office. ALL TICKETS SOLD AND UNSOLD DUE BACK 30TH NOVEMBER please.

Thank you to the parent helpers, our school teachers who came along and our DJ Dan. To the Dewars for being our amazing sound support for all our events. To Suzie's brother from Bendigo Party Hire who donated all our balloons and helium. And to the soccer club who allow us to use their space. ... 16.01.2022 A huge thank you to all who have donated to our Easter raffle. The quantity, quality and generosity of the items donated has blown us away. Although the closing date for donations was today, to give us time to organise the prizes, if you still have items to drop off, we of course will still gratefully accept. The more, they merrier. 11.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just a friendly reminder that the Woolworths Earn and Learn program ends tomorrow. We are aware that Kangaroo Flat and Strathdale stores are already out of stickers. ... If you have any to submit, please do so at your earliest convenience so we can collate/ count them by the end of term. By Wed or Thurs would be wonderful. 1/2 Vernon have been very helpful with this, during their maths time, counting and guessing. Thanks legends! Thank you so much for your support!

11.01.2022 A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Easter Hat Parade a success, and a whole lot of fun. Thank you for the generous donations, and raffle ticket purchases. We raised just over $1500! Thank you to all of the parents that came in early this morning to ensure Fresh Fruit Friday was covered. After all the parade excitement, I’m sure the junior kids greatly appreciated their fruit snack. ... Thank you to everyone that scrunched raffle tickets, carried prizes, and filled in the gaps when we needed it. And thanks to all the teachers and families: mums, dads, siblings, grandparents, special friends for your enthusiasm. It was a whole lot of fun, laughter and dancing. I think the Easter Bunny was particularly impressed with the Preps dancing. A really beautiful way to finish off our first term. Wishing you a wonderful break. Xo

06.01.2022 Reminder that you can still place a pizza order by 9am tomorrow morning. After that we need to collate and order the pizzas so we cannot take any late orders after that time. Please also return all raffle books sold and unsold by then too. We still need more Xmas donations. I know its crept up on us this year but we would love to be able to offer as many prizes as possible to our community on the day. Please send any donations asap. Cut off day for those is Weds 3pm. ... If anyone is available to help wrap the prizes on Thursday please meet at the staffroom after drop off. Thank you!!

Sadly I'm at work so cant go this year Please make sure you pop down for half an hour. No matter how big or small your contribution from doing reading, doing small jobs at school or being involved in PC meetings etc every bit helps! We cant do this without you! 01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, We are in need of some volunteers for the Bunnings BBQ this Sunday (10th) in Kangaroo Flat. We were very lucky to be offered this last minute space, to fill a cancellation, on one of their busiest weekends- which will hopefully raise lots of money for our school.... So if you could kindly volunteer a couple of hours of your time, it would be greatly appreciated. Of course, if you’re busy over the long weekend, you can still help. There are some items we’d love to have donated, to reduce our costs. (Cans of soft drink, bread, Woolworths vouchers to cover the cost of sausages). There is a roster list, and a donation list, with Wendy in the office. If you can help at all, please kindly pop your name down on the list, it would help a whole bunch!
