22.01.2022 YES we are in the middle of a retirement village, but we are definitely open to the public - come on in and say gday. 5 minute parking in front of our bus for drop off and pick up or lots of other parking for the longer stay.

19.01.2022 Hi everyone. As of Monday 30th March, Spring Gully Post Office will be open from 9am and closing at 12 noon. If you need anything outside of these hours, please call us on 5442 3000 and well try and help out wherever we can. First and foremost, we are a retirement village with 150+ elderly residents, some of them frail and vulnerable to this nasty virus. The reduction of office hours is one way to reduce the amount of people on site during these difficult times. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you in advance for your understanding. Lets hope we are all back to normal as soon as possible. Stay healthy out there!

17.01.2022 What a good looking bunch you have to serve you at the Post Office, and so modest. Missing Paula, but well catch her with our camera... theres no escape. Duncan even got in on the act.

15.01.2022 We do sincerely apologise for not having our Post Office open after midday. As you may be aware, we also run Bendigo Retirement Village and our view is that given our demographic, we shouldnt be the first to relax CoVID restrictions, we should be the last. We value all of our residents and customers and hope that you understand and will continue to use Spring Gully as your preferred Post Office when all the restrictions go away.... So for now, our opening hours are still 9am - 12noon, at least until the 21st June when the Govt makes their next announcement on restrictions. We will be back to normal as soon as we possibly can. We do miss you and look forward to getting you all back in for some long overdue chats, hugs and coffee. Thanks again, Neil, Leigh, Paula and Gwenda

12.01.2022 Hi everyone. In conjunction with Bendigo Petcarers we are now a collection point for donated pet foods. Ready when you are folks. Collecting pet food donations for those who can no longer afford it. Pets are a lifeline, so any little donation of non-perishable items is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

10.01.2022 New catalogues out constantly. If we dont have it, we can certainly get it for you. Just ask us.We need a much bigger shop, but for now youll just have to put up with our wonderful staff and really easy parking! See you soon.

09.01.2022 During these interesting times, we are getting more and more requests for certain grocery items. Spring Gully is not well known for its shopping complexes, so were here to help. Youll be pleased to know we have increased our lines to save you from joining those other lines!! Available to everyone right now, we have a great little selection of emergency items, so pop in and grab what you need. If you have any other ideas of what we should stock, just let us know.
