25.01.2022 NAIDOC WEEK CELEBRATIONS This week we further explored the local indigenous cultures of our beautiful country through many amazing learning experiences. We explored culture through art, music, yarning times and role play. Check out the gorgeous photos.

25.01.2022 ITS MENU TIME! Next week we are celebrating Australia day with yummy sausages on bread for lunch and lamingtons and watermelon for afternoon tea. Don't forget to dress your child up tomorrow in some Aussie colours to help us celebrate!... How will you spend Australia day? Don't forget to send pics through to our email on Wednesday so your child can share with their friends!!

22.01.2022 Today we wore red for Day for Daniel. Our older children discussed Safety Helpers who are people we can go to for helping we feel unsafe. They then went onto make trust hands naming a safety helper for each of their finger. Our younger rooms participated in some fun craft experiences balloon play and face painting

17.01.2022 Diwali Today at Springs we celebrated Diwali also known as the festival of lights. The children explored the Hindu culture as they learnt about this fabulous festival and the meaning behind it. Thankyou to Miss Zaara for making our delicious lunch and to put amazing families that also contributed to this day. We are soo lucky to have so many amazing family cultures to explore

13.01.2022 ICE CREAM YOU SCREAM WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM We were all treated to an icy pole from the fantastic home ice cream truck this afternoon. The children all took turns coming put to see the truck and receive their icy pole. Thank home ice cream for the visit!!

12.01.2022 Let we forget. Today the children explored remebrance day and its meaning. We held a minute silence as we paid respect to our soldiers. The children explored their creativity as they made poppies and for afternoon tea enjoyed some delicious poppy inspires cookies cookies

Thanks also to our amazing families for choosing us to care for your most precious gems The children even created their own coffee bus experience, with a bus, coffee and pretend treats!
