15.01.2022 Springvales Own Clife Cliffy Rose. The Melbourne Stars welcome unknown spinner, Clive Rose to their squad for BBL|02. The Left-Arm Orthodox Spinner has been on coach Greg Shipperd radar for some time after watching him progress through the underage Victorian squads and the Australian U19 team for the World Cup in 2008.... Rose made his one-day debut for the Bushrangers last season and claimed the highest honour in Premier Cricket, the 2011-12 Jack Ryder Medal. Last year, Rose stepped away from his university studies this season, working a casual job while focusing on cricket, and reaped the rewards from the move with his Victorian selections. The 22-year-olds cricketing heroes are Wasim Akram and Shane Warne; he is delighted for the chance to call many of his idols, teammates.
