25.01.2022 The end of the season is soon and we will be closing the Farm Gate Stall for Winter. . Great Auntie Qwen sent us a jar of this delicious goodness, and we paired it with a leg ham, camembert & sourdough. The main compliment we had for that event was the chutney! Cant argue with that. . 19.01.2022 Woo! Its Cornish pasty season! Recipes passed on through the generations should be held onto so tightly, they are tried and true, tested over the years to create perfection! . I personally hope the current world wide situation encourages a few people to slow down, find a passion for cooking & discover some old family recipes! ... . With this cold weather rolling in, there is nothing better than homemade Cornish pasties with mums tomato sauce (granny’s recipe). It smells soooo good on the stove! . Ive also been trying my hand at sourdough thanks to @mountainsandmakers hand delivering me a sourdough kit - and @livalittlemoores amazing starter for this gal will allll the gear and no idea . .
