13.01.2022 And the last cake before I officially went on leave was this stunning wedding cake delivered to Tuilleries in Rutherglen last weekend. Bottom tier was a nut free fruitcake and the top tier was a semi naked red velvet cake. All the best Brooke and Brad!

10.01.2022 Hi all! It's been a busy few weeks! Here are a few updates, first up are these 2 cakes from the Wangaratta Show. My first time entering and these guys one 1st in their respective categories. ... FRIDA- is a cake i have been wanting to do for a long time. Inspired by my favorite artist Friday Kahlo. Famous for her mono brow and traditional mexican outfits here is my take on her- hand painted Frida image complete with wafer paper flowers. The bottom tier is hand painted palms and the top blue tier is painted with a rustic finish to contrast. RUDOLPH- another cake I've been dying to do is a Christmas take on the ever popular unicorn cake trend of 2017. Rudolph's nose is a technique I've been wanting to try for a while and is a gelatin "bubble". He is completed with a christmas candy covered board and gold bell.

02.01.2022 On leave but still posting pics! Here is an "up inspired " house warming cake from a few weeks ago. We used some of the characteristics from the customers new house. This cake was so big i had to photograph it outside! It was a lot of fun though and yes they are real helium balloons coming from the chimney!
