As summer draws near, the majority of venues across Australia are pressing on with planned working bees, practice days or race meetings, giving ...competitors plenty of opportunity to get their Speedway fix in the 2020/21 Season. Tracks have been working proactively in conjunction with Speedway Australia to make certain events conform to each of their respective State or Territories COVID-19 regulation, ensuring competitors safety and wellbeing is of the highest priority at all times. We will continue to provide regular updates for competitors via our Social Media platforms, and www.speedwayaustralia.org/covid-19, keeping everyone in the loop as to which events are running as scheduled throughout the 2020/21 Summer of Speedway. #weareaustralianspeedway

05.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE - re PRACTICE DAY & OCTOBER RACE EVENTS The board of Hobart and Latrobe Speedways have advised that at this stage both PRACTICE DAYS at Hobart... and Latrobe and racing scheduled for October 2020 have been postponed until further notice. PLEASE understand that unfortunately this is beyond the boards control and the rule implemented by the Government must be adhered to for the Safety of us all. The Speedway Management and all of us at LSSDA are disappointed but this is out of our hands. ** LSSDA CLUB TROPHY PRESENTATIONS are still going ahead tomorrow at the Club Rooms. ** NOTE: Any abusive or slanderous comments will be deleted and you will be blocked from this page !
