14.01.2022 So when I got my delivery of fresh waffles in, I was like: "Yeah - take pics for Waffle Week!"... but we ate all the samples. Then I was like: "Yeah! Pics for Waffle Wednesday"... but we ate all the samples. So now, I have finally taken pics... and I have promptly eaten the sample. At least I got the photo this time!!! So (finally!) introducing locally made Belgian waffles with homemade berry mess, whipped cream and a tiny drizzle of maple. Not too sweet and full of grown-up... treat yumminess :) Waffles. 09.01.2022 We love these guys and so much of our yummy stuff comes from their big blue shop in South Lismore. Properly good veggies and fruits, local products from local producers, amazing cheeses and deli goodies and all run by a beautiful local family - drop in and check 'em out :) Seriously...not kidding about the cheese... giant wheels of so many kinds of yum... (***sounds of tummy rumbling***)...
